Mongo with Camote Tops.
Ingredients:
- boiled mongo
- bagoong
- onion
- tomatoes
- a few segments of garlic
- camote shoots or malunggay leaves
- lard
Cooking Procedure:
- Saute the garlic, onion and tomatoes.
- Add the bagoong then the boiled mongo.
- Put the camote tops or malunggay leaves.
- Other vegetables can also be used, like upo. To economize, one can use the vegetables that are in season at the time or are available in one's garden.
