Mongo with Camote Tops.

Ingredients:
  • boiled mongo
  • bagoong
  • onion
  • tomatoes
  • a few segments of garlic
  • camote shoots or malunggay leaves
  • lard
Cooking Procedure:
  1. Saute the garlic, onion and tomatoes.
  2. Add the bagoong then the boiled mongo.
  3. Put the camote tops or malunggay leaves.
  4. Other vegetables can also be used, like upo. To economize, one can use the vegetables that are in season at the time or are available in one's garden.
