- 3 cups malagkit
- 5 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 small coconut, grated
- Wash the malagkit and put in two-quart saucepan or kettle.
- Add the coconut milk and cook over high heat until the steam escapes from under the edge of the cover.
- Lower the heat and allow to steam until done.
- (optional) Mold each serving using a coffee cup and unmold into a saucer.
- Place sugar and grated coconut on top of each.
